IMPORTANT GRADUATION INFORMATION

Our mid-year graduation ceremony which was originally scheduled for Friday, January 19 has been rescheduled for WEDNESDAY, JANUARY 24 at 4:00 pm at the Old Rock School in Valdese.

TESTING

The snow days have caused a change in the testing schedule.  A new testing schedule will be published as soon as possible.  Monday, January 22 and Tuesday, January 23 will be REGULAR SCHOOL DAYS.

VALDESE ROTARY SCHOLARSHIPS

The Valdese Rotary bestows two or three $500 scholarships to Hallyburton Seniors from either semester .
The funds must be used for any further schooling or training that make the student more employable or to progress toward a degree.

A special thank you goes to Ted Carothers, Valdese Rotary member and school liaison for working so diligently to lend a hand to the students and faculty of Hallyburton.

The Scholarship Program offers financial assistance to individuals pursuing education through our various scholarship funds. These funds have been established by generous donors, including individuals, families, organizations, and corporations from our community. Scholarships ranging from $500 to $2,500 are available for qualified students. Each scholarship has unique requirements.  http://www.cfburkecounty.org/scholarships.html
